While the stock Troodon doesn't come with a fan attached to the BTT-CB1 (a Raspberry Pi clone) - it just uses a heatsink - it is possible to add a fan to the heatsink.
And there's a convenient fan header pin positioned right beside the heatsink as well, making this an easy process, as demostrated here by user @Don_Duce in the Formbot Discord #Troodon_2 channel:
