Update to latest garmin SDK calls, fix a layout bug

Vivoactive 3 Support

Newly added support for the Vivoactive 3 device, and dynamically rendering the UI based on screen size so new devices can be easily added.

Bugfix Update

Fixed a null on startup when there were messages queued and I was expecting the view to already exist.

2018 Status Bugfix

Supports the new statuses introduced in the 2018 season.

Initial release of the garmin watchapp. I think it should be pretty stable, but if any bugs arise please send me relevant logs from GARMIN/APPS/CIQ_LOG.TXT. To install, download the prg file and copy to GARMIN/APPS/.
