[Engine]: Add a new "Static" and "Kinematic" body type


Static vs Kinematic

  • Static - Don’t move by physic engine, have collision with other objects but don’t affect the static object;
  • Kinematic - Can be moved by the physic engine, have collision with other objects but don’t affect the static object;

Description

The objects that collide with these objects (Static/Kinematic) return the velocity but inverted;
