Background

Pages on the site are divided into sections with headers. Users might want to link directly to a particular section on a page. In order to accommodate that, we should ensure that heading elements have id attributes, and to improve the user experience, we can append a link to each heading that makes it easy to copy.

Acceptance criteria (we'll know we're done when…)

  • we can link directly to headings
