Background

Challenge.gov's Project Management Office (PMO) requires the provision and maintenance of a stable and secure solution that is at once (a) scalable and flexible to meet agency customers’ needs, (b) sustainable in terms of cost, operations/maintenance and support, and (c) able to meet GSA IT’s requirements for software-as-a-service applications. The platform should maintain the Challenge.gov branding, which has become a recognized and trusted source for agency customers and public solvers alike, and provide prominent links out to its other properties, including the Challenges and Prizes Toolkit and PrizeWire blog.

What we're hoping to end up with

Additional information is provided in Section 3.0 of the RFQ, but in short:

The vendor must:

  • Provide a SaaS platform with the features and abilities of the current Challenge.gov platform, as detailed in the RFQ.
  • Assist, if necessary, in the migration from the current platform to the vendor's SaaS platform.

How to respond

Additional information is provided in Section 1.0 of the RFQ, but in short:

Quotation must be received electronically via the RFQ Technical Response Form and the RFQ Pricing Response Form, by the official closing date and time identified above. A late quotation will not be considered for award.
