maybe we might keep this one? If we ever convert other codebases or receive whole files that are the old-style, this could be useful to convert?

On the other hand, it's not that complicated of a script and it will live on in git history

Yeah I think we could find it easily enough in git history if we needed it for some future effort like that.

We no longer have any outstanding PRs that use the old style, I'm going to merge this
