Recurring meetings

The team had the following recurring meetings on the calendar:

• Co-working, 1 hour 2x/week
• Alternating iteration planning/backlog refinement, 30 mins 1x/week
• Team status, 30 mins 2x/week
• Research synthesis, 1 hour 1x/week + 30 mins 1x/week
• Alternating retro/equity pause, 1 hour 1x/week

Task management

The team used Trello (18F only 🔒) to manage the tasks in each iteration and maintain a backlog of tasks.
