We began the upgrade operations steps as planned Sept 12. During this phase Igor raised a concern that Cardona does not have a freshly synced node on v2.0.0-beta18. Current RPC on beta 15
It was agreed it was to high risk to proceed with the upgrade until we have a fully resynced Beta 18 node due to differences. Upgrade postponed to Monday Sept 16th.

Bali still has issues, requirement is that there is a full week of testing on Bali before we deploy the sequencer to Cardona.
Agreed we need at least a full week of testing Beta 16 on bali before we deploy to Cardona. Thus pushed out date to cardona from Aug 27 to Sept 1
As of Aug 14 still backlog of batches expected to be cleared by EOD Aug 15th Igor gave new date of Aug 26
Possible Aug 21st if we can verify all batches by Aug-14
Due to state root mis match issues fix required Edu & Igor recommend new target date
Target TPS 100 & 4M gas per second by Aug 12th
Unable to plan beyond Bali until improved erigon performance, currently 7 TPS
Putting this at plus one week from bali deployment on 7/22 thus 7/29
Moving out one week given S2 date move.
We want to deploy to Cardona on July 8th and then observe stability with a view to going to mainnet the week of July 22nd.
