s3320: optimize and clean-up

 - Make use of __read_mostly
 - Remove 0 initializers for static variables
 - Force inlining i2c read/write operations
 - Move F12_2D_DATA04 and F12_2D_DATA15 initializations to probe
 - Remove unnecessary loggings
