I'll add any script changes required to support OG mode to this PR.

Although this single commit is probably the only one required

Required changes for OG mode

Actually test this works correctly in-game
Generate database files for engine to read to know what images to load (DB generation in https://github.com/drojf-backup/hou-plus-og-sprites-new)
Update engine to support loading OG mode database
Put OG images in hou+ archive


          Update staffroom15.txt for OG mode
