Merging the "imrpove script change detection" commit into later chapters was a bit messy, so I decided to start with the code from the later chapters (mea onwards), and put that into the
modbranch instead. But otherwise the code changes are very similar.While I was at it, I also ported the "script compile progress indicator". This isn't necessary for 'main' mod, as we compile scripts on the server. However, most of the mod translations still compile scripts on first run.
