Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When the provisioning list has more than one page of entries, the floating hamburger menu button completely covers the right arrow while scrolled all the way down. Scrolling up slightly makes the button visible, and it can be clicked (desktop) or tapped (mobile), but that is inconvenient and requires unnecessary precision.

Describe the solution you'd like
it would be friendlier to adjust this page to work similar to the way #3147 was fixed.

Describe alternatives you've considered
It technically works as is, hence the feature request (vs bug report), one can also change the Rows per page dropdown to All.
