When using Zniffer, S2 Encapsulated messages are invalid during and after inclusion

Describe the issue

What is happening?

I was using the Zniffer (in ZUI) and while a capture was active I included a node with S2 security. After the S2 bootstrapping, all of the S2 encapsulated messages were shown as INVALID.

What did you expect to happen instead?

I assumed the Zniffer could capture the necessary information to decrypt messages while a node is being included, as it does when it needs to re-establish a SPAN with an existing node.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start Zniffer capture
2. Included node with S2 security
3. Observe after bootstrapping messages are INVALID instead of being encrypted/decoded.

I attached debug logs of the inclusion from both the driver and zniffer. I also have saved the trace itself if you need that (not sure if security keys are included so I've omitted it for now).

Software versions

Zniffer:
Z-Wave JS UI: 9.29.1

Network:
zwave-js-ui: 9.26.0.47f4c89
zwave-js: 13.10.3

Z-Wave Controller (Stick/Dongle/...)

800 devkit for zniffer, 700 series for network.
