On the V0.1, the Probe Mount collides with the Z rail block on XY homing. The Probe Mount also conflicts with the Z rail endstops if moves at max Y are made that are in the area of either Z rail block.

On the Tr-Zero, these stoppers are "removed" and simply not needed.
They're only there to ensure you don't overtravel and the carriage comes off, when the printer is assembled and the rails are in place, they're no longer needed as the Z switch will stop movement before it gets there, and if not, it will hit the toolhead and stop movement either way
If you don't want to remove the end stops you can also modify docking behavior to successfully avoid this. Let me know if it's beneficial to upload example configs for avoiding!
I would suggest that this issue could be closed after providing a workaround.
I had this problem as well. To me, the problem seemed to be that my rails were not positioned properly, such that there was a gap between the floor and the z end-stop mount. I loosened everything up on both rails and moved everything to get rid of that gap and now it clears.
