Please add more hover options for bookmarks and expand customization for other elements such as layout and font size.

My theme would be perfect if there were a border-on-hover option for the bookmarks. Additionally, it would be significantly improved with more alignment options beyond the current 9 points. For instance, when I set the layout to center, my bookmarks slightly disrupt my wallpaper. Conversely, setting it to bottom-middle leaves excessive empty space. Ideally, I'd like to position the bookmarks in the center, but with the ability to offset them 10-50 pixels towards the top.
