Request for ISO 8601 date format for Header #440

I would like to suggest to add the ISO 8601 format for dates in the header.
Basically I'd like to be able to optionally have it look like this:

23:56:09 Monday 2024-02-19 [Toolbar]

Or maybe, while you're at it, optionally support the full ISO 8601 date and time format. ;-)
