I would like to fold blocks that may be nested. For instance, HTML5 folding sections:

<details>
<summary>Outer Summary</summary>
<details>
<summary>Inner Summary</summary>
Inner details
</details>  
Outer details
</details>

How can I fold from the outer <details> to the outer </details>?
