Getting error "Load Error FAILED" Reason: getProperties(...) must not be null

Hi!

When I'm trying to use petstore openapi spec https://github.com/OpenAPITools/openapi-petstore/blob/master/src/main/resources/openapi.yaml, I get error "Load Error FAILED" Reason: getProperties(...) must not be null

java -jar specmatic.jar test openapi.yaml --testBaseURL=http://localhost:8080

Could not load report configuration, coverage will be calculated but no coverage threshold will be enforced
The Open API coverage report generated is blank.
This can happen if you have included all the endpoints in the 'excludedEndpoints' array in the report section in specmatic.json, or if your open api specification does not have any paths documented.

Unsuccessful Scenarios:
  "Load Error FAILED"
        Reason: getProperties(...) must not be null

Tests run: 1, Successes: 0, Failures: 1, Errors: 0

What could be the problem?
