When a user attempts to login and enters and incorrect password, the "500 Internal Server Error - AccessDeniedException" is returned, instead of the login form and flash message.

This is part of the bugs related to #1552 and the missing errors / exception handling which will have to be centralized.

Also, when the exception is thrown, the Symfony icons are missing from the output.
