<p>曾经，俄国人赌上国运也没能拿到一个印度洋出海口。</p>
<p>今天，巴基斯坦请求中国接收瓜达尔港。</p>
<iframe width="96%" height="350" frameborder="0" scrolling="no" marginheight="0" marginwidth="0" src="https://ditu.google.com/maps/ms?ie=UTF8&hl=zh-CN&brcurrent=3,0x31508e64e5c642c1:0x951daa7c349f366f,0%3B5,0,0&msa=0&msid=203856847079115168968.0004a3ddfe6a93b884618&t=p&source=embed&ll=28.613459,88.59375&spn=70.474467,112.5&output=embed"></iframe><p>瓜达尔港作为印度洋出海口，靠阿富汗，伊朗，亚丁湾，霍尔木兹海峡都很近。港深足以停泊航母，巴基斯坦还希望中国能在此建军港。如接收此港，中国不但绕开了第一岛链的封堵，而且对欧亚大陆战略核心地带可以施加更为直接的影响力。中东能源也不必非走马六甲海峡仰人鼻息，以后还可以从印度洋经瓜达尔港上岸，走陆路直达新疆喀什。</p>
<p>很明显，瓜达尔港带给中国的地缘战略意义非常巨大。可以想象假以时日，中国将它建成第一个海外军事基地时，那将带给中国带给世界更大的心理影响。</p>
<p>中国从 2002 开始就帮助巴基斯坦修建瓜达尔港，而从瓜达尔到新疆的铁路公路和输油管线也一直在建设当中。我们的布局相当早，所谋者亦大。个人猜测，如果不是美国越境清除拉登带给巴基斯坦的压力，瓜达尔港的接收可能还要再遮遮掩掩一阵子。</p>
<p>这将会是帝国的开始吗？我们都在见证历史！</p>
