Instructions:
1. run EpiConverter (data format from *.wiff to *.mat)

2. if data are ready via step 1, directly go to step 3;
otherwise, manually prepare the data for EpiProfile (MS1, MS2 folders with *.mat files inside and empty *.raw files via *.txt files)

3. run EpiProfile2.2
