Content: Dropdown Field - Change to Autocomplete Input

Problem

A user currently needs to manually scan and search a dropdown field which has many options. This can become cumbersome especially if there are many dropdown fields they need to interact with in one content item.

Solution

Please update the UI of all dropdown fields to be the Autocomplete input. This will give the user the ability to type and find their desired option quickly.

@zcolah just to clarify, is this ticket supposed to only change the "Dropdown Field" and not all dropdowns in manager-ui?

@NAR I actually meant to say change the occurrence of every drop-down field in Zesty (including outside of edit content) to an Auto complete input. However I realize we don't have an inventory of the same and hence it may help for us to just do this for the drop-down field.

Gotcha, yeah we could go and update the other dropdowns across manager-ui in a separate ticket.
