Fixes #1046. While making some tests with @spalladino, we noticed that
yarnwas installing an older version of@resolver-engine/core(v0.2.1) which has a different project structure and was causing problems. I've explicitly added the dependency in thecli'spackage.json.Last but not least, I also pinned the
zos-libversion.
