Hi all, thank you for your interests in my work. Here is a definition of Anthropometric measurements for human body shape I used in my work
Height
The vertical distance from the floor to the crown of the head while standing upright, barefoot, and looking straight ahead.
Weight
The total body mass of the individual, measured on a weighing scale in kilograms or pounds.
Neck
The circumference of the neck, measured at its midpoint or base, just above the clavicle, or slightly below the Adam’s apple.
Chest
The circumference of the chest, measured at the fullest part, typically around the nipple line, with the arms relaxed at the sides.
Belly Button Waist
The circumference of the waist measured at the level of the belly button (navel), which is slightly above or at the natural waistline.
Gluteal Hip
The circumference of the hips, measured at the widest point of the buttocks while standing in a relaxed position.
Neck Shoulder Elbow Wrist
The linear distances between consecutive points along the arm from the base of the neck to the shoulder, from the shoulder to the elbow, and from the elbow to the wrist.
Crotch Knee Floor
The vertical distances between the crotch and the knee, and from the knee to the floor, measured along the inner side of the leg.
Across Back Shoulder Neck
The horizontal distance measured across the back, from one shoulder to the other, passing slightly below the base of the neck.
Neck to Gluteal Hip
The vertical distance measured along the back, starting from the base of the neck (where it meets the shoulders) down to the gluteal (hip) area.
Natural Waist
The circumference of the narrowest part of the torso, located between the bottom of the ribcage and the top of the iliac crest (hip bones).
Max. Hip
The circumference of the widest point of the hips, which includes the buttocks.
Natural Waist Rise
The vertical distance from the natural waistline to the place where the legs meet the torso (crotch area) while standing.
Shoulder to Midhand
The linear distance from the top of the shoulder (acromion point) to the midpoint of the hand with the arm fully extended.
Upper Arm
The circumference of the upper arm, typically measured at the midpoint between the shoulder and the elbow, with the arm relaxed.
Wrist
The circumference of the wrist, measured at the bony prominence just above the hand.
Outer Natural Waist to Floor
The vertical distance from the natural waistline to the floor, measured along the side of the body.
Knee
The circumference of the knee, measured across the midpoint of the patella (kneecap) when the leg is fully extended.
Max. Thigh
The circumference of the thigh, measured at its thickest point, usually near the top of the leg just below the buttocks.
