Once defined, an application cannot be modified. I'm not sure if it is intended but I'm creating an issue anyway.

It seems to be possible to set ensure => absent, then run puppet, then set it again to defined and it's like a change. There may be an interruption though.

@mkherlakian Do you see a solution to that or should I simply close the issue?
