Private Window Not Working As Expected

What happened?

I divided my screen into two windows, one with a private window and the other with a default window. I opened the same site in both windows. Then, in the private window, I did something that would set a cookie. This caused me to see the same value in the cookies of the non-private window. I think cookies should not be passed to the other window when in a private window. That's why I'm opening this issue

Reproducible?

• I have checked that this issue cannot be reproduced on Mozilla Firefox.
