Zed incorrectly indents braces in js/ts after writing callbacks in allman style

Summary

Writing allman-style JS callbacks results in wrong brace indents.

Actual Behavior:

Expected Behavior:
it shouldn't indent the braces after writing () => , it should look like this instead:

() =>
{
    // code...
}
