This seems inconsequential enough that I don't think the overhead of a separate Discussion would be worth it.

Release Notes:

  • Added two more bindings to the Sublime Text keymap

These are already present in the default Linux keymap:

"ctrl-shift-enter": "editor::NewlineBelow",

"ctrl-enter": "editor::NewlineAbove",

Strange. They didn't work for me until I added them to my user prefs.
