Despite of option existence the actual logic has been never implemented. :( So, now it has to be considered a bug, because the option is there.

Issue still persists in version 0.2.1 with minimising the program when the Zeal Options dialog is open. Tray icon becomes unresponsive in Cinnamon with Linux Mint 17.3.
