(Feature request) Allow changing note color from tree

As discussed in #3892 (comment), it would be nice to be able to change the note color directly from the tree context menu. Something like this:

In one of the future releases, I plan to do this, just more generally.

The idea is that you would be able to quickly mark a note with one of the templates. I'm thinking it would conceptually look like in Google Maps:

So not just color, but an icon and some meaning. It would actually be a full blown template, so you'd be able to define other things as well. The added benefit would be in easy access / easy marking of notes from the menu.
