Can't compile the example

Found the issue, installation doesn't copy src/bind.c and nuklear.h to the .nimble\pkgs\nuklear-0.1.0 folder. Once I've copied manually missing files, compiles without issue but the window is empty.
I guess this wrapper is outdated unfortunately.
