[BUG]: TV Volume indicator shows for a few seconds when opening SmartTube Beta from scratch!

Steps to reproduce the bug

Open SmartTube Beta from scratch make sure it not running in the backround when launching it.

Actual behavior

Everytime I launch SmartTube Beta from scratch without it already running in the backround I see my TV's Volume indicator show for a few seconds.

It does it with my shield TV and Sony built in Android TV.

Also it happens on every TV in my home either with Shield TV or the built in Android on the TV itself.

I'm having the same issue with the latest beta 26.46 on Nvidia Shield TV 2019 with the latest software. It's plugged directly into a Samsung Soundbar and everytime I open smarttube beta it reduces the volume by -1. I have to wait for the sound bar display indicator to turn off for it to happen though. If the display is still showing and I open smarttube again, it will not reduce the volume

EDIT: Latest stable version 26.47 also has the issue
