Some messing with cop car models
allcopcarsonetown: changes model every 250ms so all models (copcarla, copcarvg, copcarsf, copcarru) will show at the same place
ghostcopcars: replace model by broken sadler & glendale to make 'real' ghost cars when you have wanted lvl
