Steps to reproduce

  1. Open any picture in app
  2. Pinch zoom the picture until it's full screen size

Expected behavior

  1. The caption bar draws edge-to-edge
  2. The picture should not be seen behind the caption bar unless we have a full screen view implemented (e.g. immersive mode)

Actual behavior

  1. The caption bar does not stretch to the top edge of the screen and instead it's semi-transparent in grey color before we pinch zoom.
  2. When zoomed in, the picture does not draw to the edge too, leaving a slim grey area above it.
  3. Part of the picture can even be seen on top of the caption bar.
