Please describe the enhancement you have in mind and explain what the current shortcomings are?

I would like you to write a python script that will “import” in mayapy mode specific 3D object (abc, obj, fbx) into maya scene, create “model create node” for this model and publish this model automatically.

Before publishing is should validate all the “standard” steps as if we are publishing trough GUI publisher. Settings for it should be the same as in “standard” GUI version bases on ayon settings. Ignoring all the warning, it stops only on errors. Errors are written into the error.txt file.

Final script should work something like this: mayapy.exe autoupdater.py \storage05\incomming\ayon_general\test_goe.abc {publish folder ID} {variant_name}

How would you imagine the implementation of the enhancemenent?
