夹用英文的中文文本的标点符号用法(草案) 中 5.9 章节提到：

中文句子中夹用了英文词句,需用圆括号标示的注释、补充或说明并非处于完整的英文句子或英文语段内部时,用中文圆括号标示。

可以直接帮忙提 pull request 吗？目前指南里有一段提到了中英文混用时括号的使用
