Request clarification on "Definition of Done"

I need clarification on what the "definition of done" is for role DEV after the integration of the QA role into the workflow.

Policy item 7:

§7 "Definition of Done." A job is completed when its ticket is closed.

I need to know if payments are supposed to be received the moment my GitHub ticket is closed by its author, or if/when QA says the quality was good.
