Gigachat model subscription

In free plan, gigachat has 2 models:

1. Gigachat - quite dummy, cannot be used in real report generation, but can be good for testing purposes. In free plan we 1kk tokens
2. Gigachat-Max - can be used in real report generation, but it lacks free tokens for it. Only 50k tokens, while single question requires 3-4k tokens. It is possible to top up tokens, 1kk tokens costs about 2k roubles.
   For now, we can use dummy model, but in future, when we will need to generate the data for the paper, i guess we will need to top up tokens.
