Add URL parsing for branch/commit information

Add functionality to parse branch, tag, and commit information from repository URLs.

Different repository URL formats need to be supported:

• owner/repo
• https://github.com/owner/repo
• https://github.com/owner/repo/tree/branch
• https://github.com/owner/repo/commit/hash

I'm happy to announce that this feature has been implemented by @huy-trn and is now merged! It's already available for use on https://repomix.com as well.
