Loss Template Files When Reload Plugin Setting

I add a template with and choose type as "User template file (local file in plugin directory)", then apply setting and close setting window. When I reload the setting window, the file I added before disappered. I can find the file use alt + shit + p, however, if I apply the setting window without add a same name template file, the settings will be deleted
