Describe the bug

This file, "@xmtp/tsconfig/react-sdk.json" is referenced in
"/node_modules/@xmtp/react-sdk/tsconfig.json" when the react sdk is installed but it is not present

Expected behavior

The TypeScript configuration should be found and properly applied without any "file not found" errors.

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Set up a react project
2. Install the react sdk using the provided install command:
   npm install react @xmtp/react-sdk @xmtp/xmtp-js @xmtp/content-type-reaction @xmtp/content-type-remote-attachment @xmtp/content-type-reply
