Tested in 4.1.2 the canvass shows only one media but in layout manager they are both present. Meanwhile, when played in preview, they are both playing

Tested in Develop the same behavior

This is creating a Frame region with 2 video widgets inside. I believe that Regions with more than 1 widget should only be Playlists or Canvas.
