MS Edge cannot download the recent installment 0.9.4, due to a detected virus. What's going on?

False positive again. This happens regularly unfortunately, I keep submitting things for them to clear it but their heuristics keep catching it.
It's incredibly annoying but unfortunately there isn't much else I can do except trying to get those AV providers to add exceptions to their detection list

There is no trojan. What you're seeing is your virus checker's heuristics incorrectly flagging this as a trojan because it uses similar techniques to one (installing itself into the address space of a process and hooking various Windows calls to support mods being loaded).

I was experiencing crashes and issues right after NWR launched. Downloaded 0.9.4 and everything was fine. Game worked, enjoying the new big land mass etc. Tried to play the game tonight and now apparently I'm denied access to 0.9.4. Cant unzip it. Game wont start. Saw that the AV apps were seeing it as a trojan so I added the two python files and the ZIP folder to an exceptions list. Sadly Windows 11 still won't allow the files to work.
