This block needs a fallback, maybe a "Blog" variation:

Use the Query title block to display a "Blog" title on any template WordPress/gutenberg#64567

No dice on creating a variation because the list of supported types is hardcoded in the JS:

https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/blob/v19.1.0/packages/block-library/src/query-title/edit.js#L47-L53
