FakeRobot test case for DigitalInput does not work #182

In LiveWindowFakeRobot there is a test case for the DigitalInput widget. The DigitalInput widget is designed to work with boolean values but the test case uses string values so the value displayed on the SmartDashboard for the LimitSwitch field remains stuck at "----" instead of reflecting the randomly changing value assigned to the switch in LiveWindowFakeRobot.
