Uneditable Mentions

Right now, after mentions are inserted, they seem to just be specially styled text in the editor. The text can be edited after insertion without any problems. Would you be interested in making mentions unchangeable, like immutable entities in draft.js?

@jameskraus I have an experiment that I mentioned here of converting mentions to inline nodes. It is currently blocked by a Slate core bug. But converting to inline would make it easier to make it immutable (which should be optional, not mandatory)
