I came here specifically to request the same feature.

This is one of the biggest annoyances for me in Chrome-based browsers. If I want to close the window then I will use the window close button (that's what it's there for).

and i'm doesn't checking so stupid sh!t in normal not chromesh!t browsers

I support the others who requested the option to disable that incredibly STUPID feature. And for those who ask:
Q: Why do you need to have the browser open without any tabs?
A: Because I don't always browse when my PC is on, duuuuuuuuuuuuh, and relaunching the browser takes much longer than opening a new tab, duuuuuuuuuuuuuuuh.
