Minor niggles

• The images in the mobile menu aren't vertically centred
• The Gatsby subset needs a mobile menu script (see https://stackoverflow.com/questions/34424845/adding-script-tag-to-react-jsx)
• The floating header on the mobile site looks nice but might not be useful, because the space is needed especially for crosswords
• The hidden input on the mobile site is not always well placed and can be seen; on iOS it is above the canvas
• The crossword doesn't scroll to the right place when the keyboard opens
• If the body is wider than the header the header stays at the original page width as you scroll to the right; this happens for crosswords on the iPad in portrait and you can see it in Responsive Design mode in Safari
• You can drag the mobile menu left and right - it seems like it's too big
