If i use the sandbox mode, how does it connect to my chase bank?

I am trying to use the development key but keep getting something went wrong... when trying to linnk my bank

Plaid made a few fundamental changes to their API philosophy this summer. (~June 20th).

  1. Sandbox will continue to work, but it doesn't have access to real data
    2.The Development endpoint was deprecated, and migrated to an initial usage allowance on the Production endpoint, with charges being incurred for usage after that.

I have multiple use cases that are in flux now. If anyone that comes up with alternatives, please advise.
