Aroma Wii U Plugin System Config Menu refuses to open as if it doesn't exist. (L+DPAD DOWN+minus)

I installed and later reinstalled Aroma thinking the plugin menu would work.
Searched about it and found only 1 other person with the same issue,
Checked back and forth that I have EVERY file that's included with Aroma and nothing seems to be missing,
Tried digging in the files of the SD card, the modules are of wms format so I got no clue how to access them but the plugin folder has a folder with JSON config files which can be edited, all I need is to edit the region free plugin to access other languages on my games (I'm on a Japanese Wii U) but I don't know the value of each region and language. (I would like some of the games to be on Russian)
And yes I made sure I am in Aroma, doing the button combination to open the plugin menu does nothing absolutely.

I tried asking for help but everyone seem to either ignore me, not understand me or straight up delete any of my questions???... I'm lost really.

If the config menu is not opening you're probably not running Aroma. Did you try to run the Aroma Updater (via Tiramisu?)
